「勿来関」(なこそのせき、福島県) いわき市の #勿来関 。奥州三関のひとつで常陸国と陸奥国の境。学術的な確証はないが、いくつかの史料からいわき市内ではないかとされ、県立公園が設置されて観光地となっている（1951年）。 これは縦型バナー。馬上の源義家（みなもとのよしいえ）とその歌 "吹く風を 勿来の関と思へども 道もせに散る 山桜かな" を描く作品。歴史故事が興味深い。全長61.5cm。 [1970年代頃/ #昭和100年 ] 【画像の説明】 1, 勿来関のペナント、縦型バナー。白い布にイラストをプリント。ペナントの左（バナー上部）にクリーム色のリボン2本付き。 2, イラストは馬に乗った源義家。その下に義家の歌がくずし字で大きく記されている。ペナントの上でイラストと歌の占める割合は等しく、歌がとても大きく見える。 3, イラストの拡大。武者姿の義家が馬に乗っている。義家が勿来関を訪れて歌を詠んだ故事を描いている。キャプションは "縣立公園" （黒、"縣"は県の旧字体）。 4, 短歌の拡大、くずし字体。"吹く風を 勿来の関と思へども 道もせに散る 山桜かな 義家" （黒）。 5, タイトルは和文。縦書きの漢字で "勿来関" （赤, 関の字は門構えをくずす略字体）。タイトルの下に記念日付欄、昭和の年号入り。 ------------------------------------------------------ Souvenir #pennant in Japan, my collection. "勿来関" Nakoso-no-seki Checkpoint, Iwaki City, Fukushima prefecture. The Nakoso-no-seki Checkpoint was a barrier that existed from ancient times to the Middle Ages. Its exact location is unknown, but the site, estimated by some records, has been developed as a prefectural park. This pennant depicts the samurai MINAMOTO Yoshie (1039-1106) and a tanka poem he composed about the area. Length 61.5cm (24.2in).
